Addiction: both these meds are very addictive and lead to tolerance. You do not say why you are taking them, but you need to discuss alternatives with your Dr. Don't stop alprazolam (Xanax) abruptly as withdrawal can cause seizures, etc

Please call the poison control hotline at 1-800-222-1222 now so that they can make specific recommendations.The fact that you snort various chemicals (some without knowing the possible effects) means that things are not alright. This is quite serious. If this was more than a one time occurence, then you are strongly encouraged to see an &gt;&gt;.

Yes, however...: Benzodiazepines like xanax (alprazolam) and opioids like vicodin can interact causing increased sedation and you ought to be careful regarding addiction and overdose, please consult with your psychiatrist, pcp, and/or pain specialist.

Yes.: You could be, but only a proper evaluation can tell. These 2 meds are amongst the fastest growing addictions in today's society. See your md or an addiction psychiatrist asap. This is a very treatable condition.

Ans: No. What are you doing!  Get off all of these medicines. If you can't sleep exercise. If you are anxious walk exercise and see a therapist. If you have pain find the source of the pain and get appropriate treatment

No: The doses of both of those meds are in my opinion well above recommended limits. Speak with the doctor who prescribes them.

MDMA : Mdma is a very potent stimulant, and affects the central nervous system by causing massive amounts of serotonin to be released. The (mostly) permanent side effects on the brain, affect those areas where serotonin is important in the brain, including the anterior lobes, and hypothalamus, areas closely connected to personality, and the experience of anxiety.
Xanax belomgs to the class of benzodiazepines, which are commonly used to relieve anxiety, but are well known to have long term mood altering side effects (major depression). Vicodin is an analgesic, and has effects on dopamin release in the brain and peripheral nervous system.

Brain physiology and chemistry is very sensitive, and largely unknown. In my opinion the use of mdmd is hazardous at best, and the long term side effects on the brain are not beneficial. Combining mdma with any other mood altering drugs is even more hazardous, and may result in fatal consequences.

Not sure: I'm sorry, but i'm not sure how to understand your comment. When you take these medicines, what are you wanting them to do, that you say "it doesn't work" when you take them?  These are all different medicines, which could be prescribed or taken for various, possibly unrelated, conditions.  Different people might experience different effects with them.  Can you please tell us more what you mean?

Yes...but: All of these can cause decreased level of alertness as well as decrease ability to perform complex activities such as driving.  Yes, you can take them (if prescribed to you), but you need to take them before bed (as you ask) and not before driving a car.

Why Xanax (alprazolam)?: Xanax (alprazolam) can be used short-term, but because it induces tolerance and can be addictive, it's not a good long-term option for anxiety.  Hoping you're working with a psychiatrist who has thoroughly evaluated your anxiety and offered a comprehensive treatment plan that includes psychotherapy.  On the vicodin, hoping you've had a full pain evaluation also -- rather than treating only symptomatically.
