Possibly: However, these are not as strong pain relievers as is vicodin. Discuss the issue with the doctor who ordered the vicodin.

i'm 85, quite healthy and will have a vicodin or anaprox (naproxen) three or four hours after a second or third beer. problem?

No problem: Anaprox (naproxen) you can wash down with beer, if really want to--but have something on your stomach to avoid upset. Think of each vicodin as about 2 drinks (if small build + being older, perhaps 3)--if you would not feel in control / steady after a couple - three beers + 3, then wait. Usually each drink (1oz ethanol equivalent) metabolized in just over an hour, so 3hrs after 3 beers almost like no beers.

20, 200mg ibu, 2 vicodin( 5-325 ) 1 vicaprofen(7.5-200), one naproxen(550mg), 2 tramadol(50mg each), and two percocet(5-325). every day. what happens?

Very bad situation: That concoction is truly frightening especially in a 17 year old.  Multiple narcotic pain relievers. Why??? You are setting yourself up for major issues. How many doctors are prescribing your pain meds? Consider rehab to get off of the narcotics.

They shouldn't: None of those should interfere with the minipill. However, the minipill is a Progesterone only pill and tends to be pretty sensitive.  You have to take it at the same time every day and stress can effect it. If you are worried, use a back up method like condoms for a couple of days.

Best not to as they-: -interfere with the inflammatory reaction needed to heal fractures.,especially when there is no internal fixation. Ask your surgeon when he feels you may use them.

No it is not okay..: Depends on dose of each, but Vicodin, Vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen), (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) and tramadol all contain narcotics.  Vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) and Naproxyn both contain NSAIDs.  Depending on dosage, the side effects of narcotics and NSAIDs can be harmful to liver or kidney, and can be dangerous.  Consult with your doctor or pharmacist regarding safe dosage of each.

could prolonged use of vikodin ultram skelaxin and aleeve cause profuse sweating my husband has chronic pain and arthritis and has been taking these meds for 3-5 years.  he is having episodes of sweating even at rest- could this be a sign of other symptom

Though : Though there are large number of side-effects associated with any drug, the fact that he has been taking them for a long period of time argues for a different reason for his profuse sweating episodes.  Recommend that your husband evaluated by his physician for another cause of the sweating.

is it okay to take aleve with cefdinir?

REALLY DEPENDS: The issue you would have to be aware of has to do with any kidney problems as these medications both get cleared through the kidneys. So if you have kidney problems do not take. Really need to ask the doctor that gave you the cefdinir.
