We don't exactly know the cause of it but stress, psychological factors, alcohol, smoking, medications, diabetes, any chronic medical conditions etc may play a role. Vibration Feeling: This is just a description of the sensation and could be from a circulation problem or a nerve problem.
It could also be from nothing none and many patients have this without any underlying condition.
Have a good neurological exam from your gp or from a neurologist.

Neuropathy: Is a possible cause for the sensations you describe. Medical conditions can cause neuropathy. It might also be due to spinal issues or be a local problem such as tarsal tunnel syndrome. See a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Possibly : It could come from your spine but less likely if the symptoms are only in your foot and not radiating down the leg. There are nerve entrapment syndromes in the foot itself. Consider seeing an orthopaedic foot and ankle specialist.

: Yes these symptoms are consistent with your description. You are also very young to have developed such a condition. Has ia cause ever been given? Sometimes a limb length difference or a pelvic rotation can present such a condition. Which is treated by a podiatrist with biomechanics provide custom orthotics to provide better function and less pathology.

4 months having pins pain tingling dizziness  and numbness all over body. now have vibration in my left ankle and burning sensation in lower back. i noticed it gets worse when i turn my head/back down?

Sciatica : You may have a condition called sciatica which occurs when the nerve going to your leg is pinched as it comes out of the spine to give the pain down the leg and back. Have your primary care doctor check it out to make sure your leg muscles are not getting weaker because of the nerve problem. This doctor can refer you to the appropriate specialist you need to see. Please get this checked out.

EMG/NCS: Neurologist or rehab doctor can do this test to determine the cause. Dm maybe cause. If you have new weakness, go to hospital.

Many things: Including things that have nothing to do with the feet, like a pinched nerve in the lower back or leg.  If both feet tingle, this may be a symptom of an underlying problem like diabetes, anemia or something else. I'd start with seeing your pmd who can recommend an appropriate specialist after an initial work-up.  Feel better!
