Palpitations: mostly likely just a increase in your heartrate, make sure u r not anemic thyroid is ok , if persistent get a ekg and a echocardiogram

Heart vibration: Please follow up today with an ER.  The vibration could  be just sensation or mitral valve  prolapse.or can be very very serious like pericarditis, irregular heart rate, decreased oxygen to the heart  . F/U today as soon as possible with ER.

Possible: arrythmia.  Because you have an anxiety disorder - that might also be associated. If this recurs would discuss with your  medical provider.

Sometimes: this could indicate an arrythmia and at your age (84) would strongly suggest you see your Primary Care Provider and obtain a remote recording of your heart !!

No: Heart "vibrations" or palpitations are due to many different heart dysrhythmias.  They occur whith extra heart beats called premature atrial or ventricular contractions, or rapid heart rates including normal tachycardia or abnormal supraventricular tachycardia.  Atrial fibrillation is an  irregularly irregular heart rhythm.  Electrocardiograms or special monitors help define the rhythm type.

Assuming you otherwise seem well, they're not worth working up. Usually they mean absolutely nothing, and the rare illnesses that they occasionally portend don't benefit from early diagnosis.

For having such feelings it’s important to see a doctor personally and discuss it in detail especially since you have a high heart rate.
