If it is really: just a sebaceous cyst, you can leave it alone unless it becomes symptomatic.  But it could be something else, such as infection or even malignancy, so it is best to show it to your doctor.

Irritation,infection: Could be irritation from certain synthetic clothing ,or might be related to the lupus. 
If it persists and does not go away in 2weeks consult your doctor.

Follow up with exam: It is difficult to know for sure without an examination.  Until you can be examined you can try a warm compress to the area.  Follow up with a doctor.

Cyst vs folliculitis: Warts do not cause pain. This is most likely follicular cysts of little concern unless they grow or increase in pain.

Exam needed: This may be an inclusion cyst, wen or aftermath of an ingrown hair. However a physician would have to inspect it for diagnosis since it has increased in size.

: Most common bartholin masses (based on your described location) are cysts or abscesses, the latter being painful and infected. This has to be incised and drained as like many abscesses to free up the pus and relieve the pressure. There can be other causes such as inclusion cysts or benign masses called adenomas

Need to examine: What you described is consistent with a Bartholin cyst. It is not cancerous. It could get infected and be painful and troublesome. There is no urgency, but you should discuss it with your doctor at the next visit.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

"vaginal bump" ?'s: Small sebaceous cysts can occur which will "change in size" . See your gyn physician for an exam and treatment.  Genital warts tend only to increase in size but are obvious if present and easily diagnosed.
