Hmmmm: Doesnt sound like an std but no guarantees.  It sounds like some sort of an irritation such as friction without proper lubrication, or more likely, from applying some type of gel, lotion, soap, etc which severely irritated your skin.  I would recommend only using aquaphor or shea butter cream to the area for a few days and avoiding any other activity until resolves.  See dr. If not better in 5 day.

Many reasons: Vertical ridges on nails are basically harmless & can be related to heredity, aging, & nail dryness or injury. The appearance of ridges may be reduced by regular moisturizing of the nail & cuticle & avoidance of harsh soaps that are drying. Nail appearance can reflect overall health and nutrient status so supplementation may help. Consider fish oil, biotin, &/or a multivitamin with minerals.

Anal Pruritis: Ashleyh - there are so many different things that cause anal itching (anal pruritis). When i see patients for this, an incredibly detailed and thorough history is taken. 

Without knowing anything of your story or doing an exam - a safe thing that i can recommend for you to start with is calmoseptine ointment, applied to the anal area 2-3 times a day. 

Definitely consider seeing a physician.

Topical steroids: Is more common in uncircumcised men. Topical betamethazone 0.5% applied twice a day to the affected areas works well. This will improve the elasticity to the foreskin. Sometimes it is a local fungal infection and topical Mycolog II would be affective as it also has Nystatin and a steroid Triamcinalone also for twice a day application. See your family care doc.

: I am interpreting this question as asking if concerted effort to increase his ability to jump high might stunt his growth.  The answer is an emphatic, "No!"  In fact, such exercise, if anything, will promote growth and development and enhance the uptake of calcium by the child's bones, thereby helping to prevent later osteoporosis.

Malocclusion: Malocclusion, bad bite, may be due to dental and/or skeletal malrelationships in all 3 planes of space, transverse (side to side), sagittal (front to back--Class II falls into this category, and vertical (top to bottom, as in open bite or deep overbite).  See a specialist Orthodontist (initial exam usually free) for a discussion of your problems ad a description of possible treatment options.

Onychorrhexis?: This could onychorrhexis are brittle nails which often split vertically or have vertical ridges. There are other possibilities that could be a bit more serious . I would recommend consulting a doctor.

Limited: Not sure what you mean by "vertical", but if you mean the extended lipid profiles with particle size and density, i would say practical use is limited.  In my research work, extensive lipid profiles important, but clinically, very limited data suggesting that knowledge of the extra data actually changes treatment and outcomes.  Question usually is to whether to add niacin; other ways to decide.
