Depends: Like sticks and stones both of which can break your bones, heart failure whether right or left can be serious or mild depending on the cause and how severe it is. Will try : Mild concentric ventricular hypertrophy means that the heart muscle is mildly thickened all around.  This can be seen in people with longstanding hypertension not yet optimally controlled.  Mild left atrial dilation means that the top chamber of the heart on the left side is slightly big.  This may be due to problems with the heart valves on the left side of the heart, heart rhythm problems, etc.

SEE NEUROLOGIST: There are several possible causes, and these include arteritis/vasculitis, multiple sclerosis, lyme disease, sjogren's, etc.  Spinal fluid analysis may be necessary.  Get diagnosed asap, and start treatment without delay.  Changing your diet will not help this, you need medical care.  We have loads of therapies to reverse and/or control all of this.

Days to weeks: Atropine is the longest acting of the dilating drops and the effects can last up to two weeks.  In addition to dilating the pupil it can cause blurred near vision.  This will all go away once the drop wears off.
