Yes: The breasts are stimulated by the hormones of pregnancy quite early. You can notice breast swelling and tenderness starting in the first few weeks of a pregnancy. Only a pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant. Get a test done to see.

Not certain.: Breast soreness can occur due to stretching from increased fluid retention.  Breast pain can occur in conjunction w premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, your period ; pregnancy.

Not sure. Do HPT.: Early pregnancy sxs can include: lack of period, breast swelling ; tenderness with darkened areolas, fatigue, increased urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, increased sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, increased gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

Pregnancy changes it: During pregnancy your breast enlarge and the glands in your breasts get prepared for making milk once you deliver.  Once the baby is out and starts to nurse your breasts get even bigger as they actively produce milk.  However after breastfeeding for any length of time, your breasts do decrease in size about a cup size.

Yes: This is certainly possible and can occur from certain medical conditions (prolactinoma, eg) or medications. 

Not all breast discharges are normal lactation though and there are other breast related diagnoses that might need to be considered. Probably good to speak with your gyn or primary care provider.

probably not: Not a plastic surgeon but certainly know there are many changes that occur within the breast during pregnancy.  You would be better served waiting till after you deliver and finish breast feeding (if you decide to).  Once things have settle you will know if you have redundant skin that may or may not be removed during breast surgery.  Certainly excess skin is removed during a lift/reduction.

Progesterone: Your Progesterone levels rise when you are pregnant and high Progesterone causes breast swelling and tenderness.

Yes: Your breasts are going through a lot of hormonal changes getting ready to breast feed your baby . Infections can occur but are more common during lactation.
