Hormonal imbalance: Did you have unprotected sex since your last period? If you did not and pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. Your symptoms may be due to change in BC and different hormone levels. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Too soon...: If a woman had her last normal regular period 2-3 weeks ago, and now is 9 days before her next period, she could only have gotten pregnant a few days ago. There are no pregnancy signs and symptoms a few days after conception (it's too soon). Symptoms are present would not be due to a brand new pregnancy.

Could be a problem: Unlikely a problem - but get a breast exam and if concerning get an ultasound / mammogram.

Premenstrual: This could be just normal physiology before menstruation.

Hormones breast: You can have breast changes as you describe due to hormones.  Unless you could be pregnant, these changes will pass.

Take another: test in a week, if it is still negative and you haven't had a period go see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test.

Pregnancy: If you had unprotected sex, you should take a pregnancy test.  Menstrual periods can be irregular from time to time.

: If "CD" means "cycle day", a "home"  pregnancy test on "CD 27" may have been too early to detect low levels of pregnancy hormone. Wait five days after your period is "due", and test again.  If negative and your periods have been regular, see your GYN physician for an exam and guidance.

Try a shirt?: Sorry, but is good 'cover.' better answer to see cosmetic surgeon / aesthetician to see if laser or other vein removal / concealing procedures are right for you. Some can be treated much like varicose veins in legs--talk to an expert who treats these.
