Common: Megalis is another brand name for cialis.  Listed common reactions include back pain, myalgia (muscle pain) and flushing.  You should notify your physician that you are experiencing some of these reactions.

Have it checked: If a vein is painful, it may be inflamed - which can be associated with a clot within the vein - known as thrombophlebitis. If it is on the surface of the skin then it could be a superficial thrombophlebitis - less worrisome than a deep vein clot, but can be associated with deep vein clots. Sometimes veins are  inflamed because they are varicose. A vein specialist will help figure out the issue.

: You may have a Bakers cyst but I cannot rule out phlebitis by the way you describe. Superficial phlebitis can be taken care with warm compress several times a day until it resolves. 
If the swelling persists and bothers you, you should see your doctor for a definite assessment.

Help: Aspirin is a form of an anticoagulant that lessens the chance of a blood clot.  However, the most important thing you can do is make sure that you don't have a DVT in your leg.  Will likely need a venous doppler ultrasound.

Could be a blood clo: This needs  immediate evaluation. This coud be a blood clot. Please  contact your physician  now. It may be a different cause but you need to get  evaluated.

It may extend up &amp; down the saphenous vein or may stay confined to a cluster of tributary varicosities away from the main saphenous vein. While it can follow trauma to a varix, it frequently occurs in varicose veins without a precursor.  Thrombophlebitis in a varicose vein develops as a tender, hard knot &amp; is often surrounded by redness.

help, the past 2 days my right ankle and foot have had pitted edema.  i have ist and am unsure if this is connected.  now i have pain in calf and thigh, like vein pain. i am a over all healthy 33 yr old female.

Requires evaluation: including EKG, echocardiogram as well venous and arterial Doppler studies of the lower extremities. Obviously you will medication for the edema.
