Epinephrine: Complex interaction.  If you were to assume that vessels and heart were entirely independent, you might postulate that heart rate could slow down after vasoconstriction since there is less tubing to pump through.  But the chemicals that mediate vasoconstriction also mediate heart rate and force of contraction so that they usually rise in parallel.

It doesn't: If you give a pure vasoconstrictor like norepinephrine which has no effect on cardiac conduction, it will actually slow the heart reflexively and it's used for that purpose - to terminate tachyrhythmias.

Lightheadedness: Lightheadedness in the supine position could be explainable by low blood pressure or by a very slow heart rate which decrease cerebral blood flow. . Dizziness in the form of vertigo could occur upon lying down or with other head movements. Does the lightheadedness improve upon sitting up or standing? If so, does the blood pressure or heart rate improve(better cerebral circulation)?

EPI: It increases heart rate and blood pressure (sometimes dangerously). It causes vasoconstriction. Variable effect on pain but generally increases sensitivity and because it ramps up your metabolism it increases heat production.  Follow your docs instructions very carefully and don't freelance.

Borderline low but:: Normal heart rate is 60-100, though it is usually 60-80. Thus, 59 is borderline low but I am sure it is not 59 all the time; if you check your heart rate 20 times a day you will probably get 20 different readings and it can change moment-to-moment, so if it usually 60 or above I would not be  concerned. Those who do a lot of aerobic exercise often tend to have lower heart rates.

Yes: Normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats every minute. Too slow or too fast a heartrate may indicate an underlying problem. 
  People in good physical shape may have a slower resting heart rate than 60.

If you are super : Athlete , like a marathon runner , their heart rate is around 50 , others need to be investigated soon, see your doctor.
