: To reduce the pain of epilation and laser, there are several options. Using topical anesthetic such as lidocaine is one. Lidocaine works by blocking nerve signals in the body, which reduces the sensation of pain. Ibuprophen and Tylenol help. It is important to use lidocaine as directed and to follow all safety precautions. Being drunk does not help!

Basic wound care: keep it clean
gentle wash warm water only
no scrubbing
use moisturizer like aquaphor or cetaphil a few times a day
keep it out of hot tube
keep out of the sun
if puss comes out or it gets hot red and painful go to your doctor it could be infected

Several choices: We have quite a few in our arsenal. Just to name a few....Lidocaine, prilocaine, marcaine, articaine, and several more. They all have slightly different properties in duration and their ability to get you numb. Some also have Epinephrine while others don't.

No: Tattoo is a form of self-mutilation and one should not get one, certainly not if you are on blood thinners.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Not all anesthesia: Agents cause nausea. Nausea is associated with anesthesia agents and also specific surgeries that increase the risk of nausea(ponv), like breast, pelvic, eye and ear surgeries. Also increasing the risk of nausea in patient risk factors like history of vertigo or motion sickness. Another factor is pain drugs like narcotics used for postoperative pain. Propofol was used to treat nausea in cancer pat.

Location?: Short term cover up if possible. Arms? Neck? Longervterm laser tattoo removal but this will require about a year. If necessary investigate makeup cover up for immediate use

Yes: Keloids are caused by skin injury in susceptible people.  While piercing is one of the most common causes, tattoos (due the injury caused by the needle) are also common.  In addition, some people can have excessive reactions to certain tattoo pigments which can lead to scarring.
