Could: Be a chronic dermatitis I would stop picking and use some bactroban (mupirocin)  cream or ointment

hi - i have had a dry, flaky, red spot on my eye for about two weeks now. ive put vaseline on it and it helps, but doesnt fully clear up. could this be dermatitis? do i need to purchase a hydrocortisone?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. it could be a skin infection and in which case using hydrocortisone ointment could make it worse. My suggestion would be to use a an antifungal cream first and if that does not resolve the matter it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Scaly feet : Foot fungus can be a persistent condition when you never really remove the source of reinfection -  fungal filled footwear or stepping on a fungal filled floor (e.g carpet)
