Depends: Certainly possible.Easy to determine.See your doctor for proper evaluation and diagnosis.Particularly if you have excessive fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain or exercise intolerance.Also family history of cv problems is a predicting factor.In addition to current fitness, weight, and other medical problems you may have.

Unlikely: The most common vascular problem in the legs, atherosclerosis, has no impact on migranes. There are far less common casues of vascular problems (vasculitis, or vascular inflammation) which can cause headaches -- but remember this is pretty unusual.

"weeping" fluid: When you are dehydrated, you drink water, and that water eventually goes into your bloodstream to fix the dehydration.  If you don't have enough protein in your blood, or if you have a serious infection, or if you just have too much fluid already, that fluid in your bloodstream actually starts leaking out into surrounding tissues.  That weeping fluid is called third-spacing. Certain medicines help.

Reflex: A vein that has been punctured or even approached with a needle may have its smooth muscle contract, narrowing the lumen and sending the available blood elsewhere. Nobody knows why it happens to some veins on some people on some days, and not others. Don't worry about it -- it happens all the time.

Below: It would be unusual for this to be secondary to DVT.

More likely to be secondary to muscle strain.
Suggest using some intermittent ice, followed by moist heat to the area 4 times per day, each for about 10-15 min as tolerated.

If there is worsening , or new symptoms, then DR visit advised.

See below: In terms of autoimmune diseases, they can perform a temporal artery biopsy which can confirm the presence of temporal arteritis,  but the rheumatologists usually manage the autoimmune causes.

See rheumatologist: Yes it may be and she should consult a rheumatologist to make sure that no organ is being damaged besides finding out the cause.

i wake up with nausea around 3 am for the past few days. when i try to change my position it gets worse and my heart goes a little fast. im afraid i have some sort of vascular problems. i been to cardiologists before and my cardiac exam was fine?

: I would think about GERD.  Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Such as what did u eat/drink/before bed for example. Recommend you go to uptodate.com and spend a bit to learn all about what might be causing this.  Then discuss your Dr. Ask family about similar issues,&amp; gall bladder issues. Very unlikely a heart problem.
