High signal in cart: It means you need to talk to the Dr who ordered the test. Without knowing your history, physical exam it is not possible to interpret.

You're fine: Especially if you're a bit more muscular than today's average guy, or a big guy, or you drank a lot of water that day, or it's actually a few more than 24 hours, or you ate an extra serving of meat, i'd consider this normal. The only value in measuring it is to give other substances "per gram of creatinine".

Why was MRI done?: Hemangiomas are abnormal bundles of blood vessels.  Most are benign although there are exceptions. It is important to know why the MRI was done. If the MRI was done for pain at the location of the hemangioma, you may have found the problem. Otherwise, this may be an incidental finding unrelated to the problem which led to the MRI. Discuss it with the doctor who ordered the MRI to determine a plan.

Serial Imaging : Your MRI could be consistent with low grade neoplasm or a benign finding. The best option in these cases where it is unclear is to follow the area closely with repeat MRI at say 3 month intervals.  If this is benign it will stay the same. If it grows it is likely a neoplasm.

It depends: In the proper setting with chest pain & abnormal electrocardiogram an elevated troponin (highly sensitive version) can indicate heart damage. However there are other possible explanations for an elevated level. These include congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lungs) or kidney failure. The pattern of the elevation over time is also useful.

Menicscal Tear: The MRI reading is based somewhat on the subjective review by the radiologist.  The knee needs to be assessed by both the compaints of the patient and the exam of the knee.  The treatment will be based on the overall picture of the patient and the exam as well as using the MRI for data.  If the patient has no pain and a normal exam then nothing needs to be done.

what can cause an isolated high signal focus on flair in the left parietal area? i'm 35 and had a seizure for the first time and this has showed up.

Abnormal findings: High signal on noncontrast mri T2 are abnormal. It can be anything i. E. inflammation, old stroke, small micro vascular changes if you have diabetes or htn, demyelination, infection, abscess, etc. Would suggest consult me or your doctor to further discuss and narrow down the possibilities.
