Good to feel good: 22 week deliveries are stressful, not because of the actual process (small baby, easier birth) but because of the concern about your baby. If your baby survived, there's the stress of keeping a very young baby alive. And statistically 10% or less do survive, so you could have the stress of loss. Not a problem: Regular intercourse is not required to "open" the pathway. The body will accommodate a vaginal delivery because it is designed to do so. However, not all women have a pelvic structure that makes delivery easy &amp; baby must cooperate to avoid a C-section. This would be a factor either way.

It depends: In an uncomplicated pregnancy (healthy mother with normal anatomy and well developed stable fetus), vaginal delivery is ideal (this is how nature intended it to be!!).  C-sections are necessary in some cases to preserve the health of both mother and baby, but this is still a significant surgery which should not be taken lightly.

you need evaluation: As it may be from scar tissue or nerve entrapment, you may be abve to be treated with creams but u may need surgical revision, please see your gyn and if your gyn does not feel comfortable treating it or doing the procedure u can be referred to someone who specializes in doing that like at your local university med  school center.

Vaginal birth: Since your fistula has been repaired you are able to have a vaginal delivery.

Labial tear... : By 6 weeks post partum your tears should have healed... Go and see another doc for another look .... It might be healed but you still have some residual pain... In which case only time will help.
