C-section v.birthing: C-sections are surgical procedures and require surgical recuperation.  Vaginal births are a painful process at the time, but recuperation is limited.

The : The appearance of a vagina can vary just look a person's nose size and shape can vary. In other words the appearance can be genetic. If not caused by a genetics, then factors such as vaginal birth, or vaginal trauma can be the culprit. However in order to assure there are no abnormalities like a mass or defect the patient should be evaluated a gynecologist. If there is no serious pathology(disease) and the patient is unhappy with the appearance of their vagina a plastic surgeon can be consulted for reconstruction options. I hope this helps.

i have an abnormal vagina appearance inside canal. it appears to look puffy or swollen. it's not itchy, burning or uncomfortable except for my lower stomach has been cramping .what could this be ?

It depends...: ...information you don't provide. E coli rarely causes vaginal infection and usually doesn't need any antibiotic. However, E coli in the vagina can predispose to urinary tract infections. Many or most E coli strains are resistant to amoxicillin; best antibiotic for UTI varies from case to case. Do not treat yourself with leftover or self-purchased amox or other antibiotic. Discuss w/ your doctor.

Yes: E coli infection in the vagina is likely to be part of bacterial vaginosis.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Can be none: Since E. coli can be part of the normal flora in the vagina, you can have it and have no symptoms.

Not : Not necessarily. If you develop a sexually transmitted disease that would be a tip off. Or if you behave oddly that might lead him to wonder what has been going on.
