Get tested: You should probably get checked for a vaginally infection. Changes in pH are a result in an imbalance of the bacterial flora of the vagina. Probiotics, like eating yogurt, may help replenish the normal bacteria.

Vaginal pH issues: Unfortunately, when your husband ejaculates the pH will change as the semen is slightly alkaline whether or not he takes "probiotics". You can always have him wear a condom temporarily to see if that improves your vaginal "imbalance".

: This is not a good idea. All data on douching ("vaginal wash") show it to be harmful:  it alters the natural bacterial composition of the vagina in ways that seriously increase risk of bacterial vaginosis and susceptibility to STIs, including PID, the main serious complication of STI in women. No woman should douche routinely and creating a product that promotes it is inappropriate.

Vaginal yeast: Itchy yellow discharge is often a sign of a vaginal yeast infection.  Sexually active women with vaginal discharge may have other infections which would require prescription antibiotics.

Do not douche: Douching is never a good idea, with vinegar or anything else. It is not necessary for hygiene or "to keep pH balanced" -- in fact, it will screw up pH balance and harms natural bacteria that keep the vagina healthy. If you have symptoms like odor or discharge, you have an infection that needs medical attention, not douching. Burning probably will clear up in 1-2 days, but see doctor if it doesn't.

Any without ..: Color or perfumes added. That being said you should only be using it to clean the outside of the vagina, the folds of the labia. You should not be inserting soap inside the vagina. There is no need to and it can cause significant irritation. The vagina cleans itself and any "cleaner/douche" shouldn't be used internally as it can cause problems.

Yes, it is possible: Vaginal pH can be changed by any product introduced into it on a regular basis, especially if it is an non pharmaceutical supplemental product. That includes, douches, creams, and suppositories.
