Infection?: Sounds like you have a serious infection that may get much worse with out treatment. See you physician asap. Don't fool around waiting. It won't go away by it self. And avoid sexual contact until it is diagnosed and cured.

Don't be concerned: It is normal during sexual arousal for the vaginal lips and lining to fill with blood and swell. This is usually pleasurable but might feel warm or even mildly burning. If it is painful or subsequent intercourse causes vaginal irritation you should use lubrication or even see a gynecologist. Not sure what your mean by vaginal spasms (orgasm?) but they may not occur with clitoral stimulation.

Clitoral burning: Any inflammation of the clitoral area can produce both symptoms of burning as well as "arousal".  If you are sexually active, herpes type I or II can cause this sort of burning , etc. If this continues, ask your gyn provider for an exam and testing.

: A puppies mouth has less germs in it than most other animals, including humans. You contaminate the outside surfaces there by touch or random contact during toileting from contaminated fingers/nearby stool. I would forget the issue &amp; go on with your life. If you are so health focused it often represents other stressors you are afraid to deal with. Find a life coach &amp; learn to deal with stress
