Not lemon juice: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end. This value is not dangerous and may even be a lab error or momentary glitch in your physiology. Licorice? Have it rechecked sometime. Ignore everything you read about "alkalosis" in folks who feel well -- it's internet bunk. You may have a mild renal tubular wasting, an aldosteronoma, others.

Potassium : Turkey reasonable source lemonade excellent source. You shared kidney function earlier. Orange juice upto you will not hurt.

For high potassium: Potassium is likely to be high in advanced chronic kidney disease. Potassium can also be high in certain other conditions. Potassium restricted diet is indicated whenever potassium is found to be high.  Orange juice is high in potassium and so to be avoided as part of potassium restricted diet. You may check with your doctor and/ or dietitian for specific guidance.

No: You will not achieve as good of an alkalinizing affect with this regimen as you would with a citrate supplement.

: Assuming your renal function is normal and you have not had a problem with high blood K in the past probably no problem.  But if it is a problem can kill you. Discuss with your Dr who knows the details.  Most with HTN should be on the DASH eating plan which lowers BP as well as most single meds but everyone is different. Discuss. Use the app Cronometer to track you Na and K intake. Share with Dr.
