Yes: The newborn skull is often slightly misshapen (the classic look is that of a cone head) after birth.  This is due to the skull bones being squeezed during the vaginal birthing process.  This is a normal occurrence, and the skull bones will settle on their own within a few weeks.

It's usually normal: Many vaginally-born newborns have some head "deformity" due to the proess of passing through the birth canal. The rapid growth of the brain and the softness of the skull usually correct the "deformity" within the first few months of life. Parents should seek consultation with their child's pediatrician, if the "deformity" persists, becomes worse and/or there is limitation of neck movement.

? Tenia versicolor: a sort of fungal infection of the skin, you can apply OTC clotrimazole cream 1 % on affected areas every night for at least 2 weeks, if no improvement see your doctor / dermatologist. better avoid direct sunlight exposure for protracted periods during treatment, best wishes

No: Unless there is an underlying case of macrocephaly from hydrocephalus the "standard" autistic child has a smiler size head to anyone else.

Craniofacial center: In theory, you can get your head reshaped if you want to deal with the process.Contact a craniofacial center where they have a team of specialists that work with the patients.It is most often done in early childhood, but could be done later.The process requires that they cut up your skull and re-arrange the plates.It is major surgery &amp; requires a significant recovery period.(ICU,extended recovery)

See a doctor: Circular rashes of dry skin could be caused by many things including ring worm, eczema, or pityriasis rosea. It is difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it. Most likely: This would depend on the nature of the cranioplasty. At this time, many of the bone flaps that are placed are made via computer modeling of a synthetic bone flap. These tend to fit very well and the abnormal head shape is likely from swelling of the overlaying skin/muscles which improves. If the cranioplasty was made from "bone cement", there may be some lumps and bumps that are seen.

what to do if i have craniosynostosis because of my cone shaped head. anyway to fix carpenters syndrome or craniosynostosis on a teen?

Leave it alone: This would be a purely cosmetic operation and a very difficult one. Much blood loss and hard on the patient. And you would likely be disappointed with results. 
The time to fix this is in infancy. After that, it's difficult if not impossible to change head shape.

have a few small little bumps on my chest, oval shaped ranging from 0.2cm -1cm in diameter. not really visible over skin however, can feel with touch?

Need a phys exam: What you are describing does not sound scary or life threatening. However, only a physician who physically examines the those"bumps" can give you an accurate answer and a diagnosis.
