Discharge with UTI: Light green discharge isn't usual for a urinary tract infection. Time to ask your parent or guardian to take you to a doctor to be tested for other types of infections.

Vaginal discharge: Sounds like lime green clumpy discharge of unknown etiology.  All kidding aside, this can only be accurately diagnosed after being seen and possibly cultured. There are several bacteria, including pseudomonas (which is resistant to what you have taken) that can produce secondary overgrowth infections.  In order to clear it up it may have to be cultured and examined under a microscope.  Good luck.

: It does not mean much without a good local exam- digital and pelvic by a Gyn/ Urologist to find cause. Once that is found and treated you will be OK. In the meantime keep the vaginal area clean and drink plenty of water. good luck

Vaginal odor: Vaginal odor is typically caused by an elevated vaginal pH. Most common causes are bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, retained tampons, old blood from menses and other infections. Your specific cause would have to be determined by the doctor doing your exam and tests.

i had abnormal paps in the past hpv neg w/ascus+epithelial cell abnormal 2 weeks ago tested + for uti/groupb strep finished nitro mono/mac but still symptoms er doc said cervix was red w/yellow+green discharge could it be hpv? other stis were neg?

: HPV doesn't cause such symptoms. You might need a different antibiotic for the strep ("nitro mono/Mac" isn't clear, but doesn't sound like usual strep treatment). A nonstandard STI might still be present, if at risk for STI (new partner, etc). For example, did they include DNA tests for Mycoplasma genitalium and trichomonas? Keep working with your doctor. See answer : Visible blood in the urine if associated with urinary urgency, frequency, voiding small amounts, and burning is usually due to a uti. Blood in the urine without any other signs is very unlikely to be due to a UTI and bloody vaginal discharge or spotting is not a sign of UTI but more likely a vaginal or uterine problem.
