Not sure: not sure what you mean by dropping.  certainly, your uterus will enlarge and feel like it is lower in your pelvis causing pressure

Yes: It is a safe antibiotic for pregnant women. Studies have shown no known fetal harm based on animal testing 10x the human dose.

i have taken only one dose of dayquil which contains phenylephrine almost 30ml during my first trimester. i was 3 weeks and 3 days (fetal age) not gestational. my gestational age at that point would be 5 weeks and 3 days. have i done harm to my baby?

: I wouldn't be concerned about this minimal exposure at that fetal age or any other stage of pregnancy. It is good to avoid meds when you can but a mother that can remain productive and healthy is also important. This is listed as a category c drug which just means they don't have enough data to say it's perfectly safe but existing data are not worrisome.

No: First trimester ultrasounds are the most accurate for estimating gestational age within +/- 7 days.

Estimates: Determination of gestational age is based on estimates determined by the last menstrual period and ultrasound.  There is a margin of error with ultrasound, but that does not mean that the gestational age is necessarily different by a week.  It means that the ultrasound estimate is 12w4d with a very high likelihood that the actual age is between 11+ to 13+ weeks.

Threaten miscarriage: You need to wait it out and have another ultrasound in a few days. This is a threatened miscarriage. The fht is good.

Typically later: Gestational diabetes by its very nature is a condition that develops later in pregnancy.  It has to do with Insulin resistance caused by the hormones from the placenta.  This would not impact a pregnancy in the first trimester. You would expect to see growth issues in the second or third trimesters.

Accurate!: 1st trimester ultrasounds are very accurate - have correlated with timed ivf pregnancies. 
We usually consider 1st trimester scans accurate within 5-7days' 2nd trimester scans within 10-14days.

Not usually: Generally, the best ultrasound for dating is an early first trimester ultrasound.  It is unlikely to be off by that much from where the actual pregnancy dates are, but it might be off from your menstrually calculated due date due to issues with when your last period was.
