See below: Uterine septum do increase the risk of miscarriages, but at the same time women who have septums  can carry a pregnancy to full term. A , lot has to do with the degree and severity of the septum and the second with the location of the fertilized egg within the uterine cvity.

3 miscarriages. fetal karyotyping normal. d&c revealed uterine septum, but have healthy 7 y/0. what tests should i/we have next? $ is an issue.

Depends on you: To some extent you already have a good deal of information.You know that you can carry a baby to a healthy delivery. You also know you have a structural uterine defect that may cause a miscarriage. I'm not aware if they could reduce or remove your septum, or if such surgery would help.That may be a reasonable thing to discuss with your doc.

Higher than normal: Your risks are higher than it would be if your uterus was normally configured.

By definition, no: DUB is an abnormal menstrual bleeding cycle of increased frequency, duration or amount. It is not associated with confirmed pregnancies in any way when the period is absent.

does mirena (levonorgestrel) cause uterine thinning after removal..if so is that why i had a miscarriage?

No: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud has Progesterone in it which can cause uterine thinning when it's in place, but after removal it's effects are soon gone completely.  I'm sorry about your miscarriage, it's likely due to something else, though, not the mirena (levonorgestrel).

i have uterine fibrod. whenever i have sex with my husband the sperm comes out. what's the cause? i have been trying to conceive after miscarriage

Normal: Every female has semen and vaginal fluid 'come out' after sex. That is the only route for the excess fluid to take. It is not in any way the cause of the difficulty you are having conceiving.  Sperm, if they are inside of the vagina, have one goal and that is to find the cervix and swim into it.

Not likely: A retroverted uterus is a normal varient. Most miscarriages occur in the first trimester and are due to fetal chromosomal abnormalities. Also, uterine malformations such as a separate or unicornuate uterus may result in increased risk of loss. A retroverted uterus is not recognized as a risk factor for loss.
