Need exam: You should not feel something hard there. If you do then it is imperative that you schedule a visit for an examination. Uterine fibroids, large ovarian cysts and other tumors or growths are a few of the many possibilities. Please schedule a visit so this can be promptly evaluated and anything serious such as a malignant tumor can be excluded.

See below: If you had a period, you are not pregnant. It is highly unlikely that you can tell that the pain in the right side of the uterus. If the pain has been there for a week, you should see a doctor as it may be pelvic inflammation.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i had btl c endometrial ablation 12/10 . started bleeding mod amt not r/t to sex. pregnancy test=negative. abn cerv bx 04/12 lgsil. what is impression?

Depends: Sometimes    bleeding  will  return   years  after endometrial  ablation.  An ultrasound  can shed  some  light on  the  bleeding  and   a colposcopy  with  endometrial and  endocervical biopsies  will   rule out  lgsil or  higher grade lesion as  a cause.

Not sure: The most likely cause for an enlarged uterus and heavy bleeding is fibroids. They are benign, smooth muscle rumors of the uterus that are found in 20%of women. Would ask your doctor for more details.
