Maybe: Can you provide more information about these tabs?  Many Amino Acids are helpful for muscle repair - but your description of "2222" is not meaningful to me (and i study supplements and nutrition).

i am 19 years old .. . i use zolpidem hemitartarate but can not sleep for more than 2 hours at night can i take another 10 mg tab after 5 hours again?

Sleeplessness: Try alternative routes to a good nights sleep.  Exercise regularly - more vigorously and longer than anything you do now.  Eat regular meals.  Avoid caffiene, alcohol and any other stimulants.  Keep a regular routine.  Do not eat within 2 hours of sleep.  Good luck!  Sleeping pills are addictive and should be avoided whenever possible.

U might faint: If your not used to sauna( by having a drop of blood pressure).Ask your treating physician or better yet, your cardiologist.

Yes: Oral iron intake is usually limited only by your gastric and bowel tolerance of the dose from gastritis to constipation to loose bowels.

Probably migraine: The most common cause of recurrent headache in an otherwise healthy individual is migraine.  Although people blame other things such as eye strain, it is nearly always migraine. If you are sitting at your computer for an excesive amount of time, this can exacerbate issues. The electricity itself will not cause problems.  Consult a neurologist; this is a problem for which there are good treatments.

No: Registrone is Norethindrone, a progesterone. You are using it to cause a shedding of the lining of the uterus because you are not doing that on your own. That is a good thing.

NO ,unless stopped: Tadalafil  or cialias is a vasodilator which can cause dilation anywhere in the body. The desired effect helps with ed, erectile dysfunction.   Your side effect bulging veins on the sides of the head can't be stopped if you take it.  So the only way to avoid the side effect is to not take the medicine.
