No, unless: Unless there is also another condition affecting the lower respiratory tract, the use of CPAP for sleep apnea should not increase risk of acquiring COVID 19. Clean and use the unit as usual, and stay home while avoiding contacts. Monitor your temperature and drink fluids.

CPAP: If the machine is working correct you should feel more refreshed when you wake up, and fall asleep less during the day.

This is based on how you felt before the cpap. 

If you don't respond well to the CPAP you may want to try an oral appliance for sleep apnea.
