CPAP: If the machine is working correct you should feel more refreshed when you wake up, and fall asleep less during the day. This is based on how you felt before the cpap. If you don't respond well to the CPAP you may want to try an oral appliance for sleep apnea.

Depends: It depends on how severe your sleep apnea is and how you felt before the use of the cpap. Some patients do not like the CPAP at first but once they adapt, it works well. Patients often feel refreshed and re-energized as they are well rested.
