Check first: Altitude significantly alters delivered CPAP pressure unless a unit has pressure-compensating features. Check with your doctor, and also check with your CPAP supplier on your specific machine. Some machines are good to 7500 ft.

Is it there?: It is unlikely that the fungus is in the washing machine. Hot water and detergent are likely to kill foot fungus, if there is any in the washing machine.

Neither should: Cause pain, so if you have pain, there is an issue which needs to be figured out......

Probably OK: Your MRI was being monitored by the technician and (s)he would have repeated any parts that weren't clear. Most zippers are made of non magnetic metal.

i am 6weeks pregnant. i did a bmi test on  machine with metal pads for the feet. found out there is current used. am worried. will it affect my baby?

how long are you in the mri machine for a heart scan? can they put you in feet first?

About 45 mins: Most scanners would put you in head first. The scan length varies but should be around 45 minutes. Most scanners let you wear their headphones and listen to music if you wish. At the very least they will give you ear plugs as the MRI is loud.

Be seen: You may want to be seen.  The bigger question is really why one arch is higher than the other and are orthotics for that even appropriate.  It is unusual for one arch to be higher than the other without something being wrong with one or both if the feet.  Tarsal coalition is just one example if this and in general an orthotic would not be real helpful.

how do i determine (without an x-ray machine) if i have broken or dislocated the small toe on my right foot?

It can be difficult: Without an x-ray, you may not be able to diagnose a fracture. Some fractures are obvious without an x-ray but some are not. Dislocations often times are easier to diagnose without an x-ray but you won't necessarily be able to diagnose a toe dislocation without an x-ray. In short, if you are concerned about the possibility of a toe fracture or dislocation, see an orthopaedic doctor and get x-rays.

Variable: Mri scans typically take 40-60 minutes, but there are many factors that determine the length of time.  How the study is protocoled and the machine itself.  Most scans imaging the torso are done with feet into the  scanner first.

Foot issue: Please see a foot doctor.  You may be damaging your foot by the type of exercise you do.  He/she can provide you w/a diagnosis and treatment and tell you what type of exercise is best for your situation.  Peace and good health.
