Uric acid: I suspect you mean uric acid.  We all have some uric acid in our blood, it's a byproduct of the metabolism of living.  In certain people, the uric acid concentration become so high that uric acid gets deposited in undesireable locations, particularly the joints - so called gout!.  But it can be deposited in other locations like around the ears and elbows.  It also appears to inflame blood vessels!

Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS, the preferred name for non-infectious or "nonspecific" prostatitis) is discomfort probably caused by pelvic muscle tension (similar to tension headaches). It is not due to any infection.

This leaves us with 2 possibilities: 1) misidentified vagina, in which case the tiny hole is the urethra and the thing you think is a urethra is a vagina.
