See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, uric acid levels in urine are not meaningful, it is the blood level that counts. A few red cells in urine are not abnormal, and trace may be the same. It would be prudent to discuss the issue with your doctor who ordered the tests.

Could be serious: because micro hematuria could be first sign of neoplasm of bladder, ureter, or kidney.    But in your age group, this is rare.  Or it could be from stone disease.  Ask your doctor whether further diagnostic tests are advisable.

: It’s possible!  Use wipes to clean around the urethra before giving the sample, and give a “mid-stream” specimen. This will avoid vaginal contamination of the urine as it exits the urethra.

: This many rbcs in urine is NEVER normal. Go to uptodate.com and read more.  Then discuss with your Drs. Causes can be quite different in Egypt than in US and other areas.  Flukes would be one cause to consider but I have not practiced in Egypt.  Keep a pee diary as first guess is BPH with bladder bleeding. Then bladder cancer at your age. But just guessing as cannot talk to  or examine you.
