"Urine osmolality": Unless you are having much less oral fluid intake during your period, the "urine osmolality" should not be affected adversely.

Need follow up: Any abnormal results need a follow up with the physician who ordered them. Interpretation of the abnormals must be done within the context of clinical symptoms and results of other tests

Out of Context: One cannot interpret labs without the whole panel there.  A doctor providing your an interpretation needs medical history, the reason the tests were ordered and the whole test.  You are asking the impossible with these lab values out of context.

Need time to heal: Acute kidney failure involves damage to the cells lining the kidney tubules (nephrons) which take days to regrow and repair. These cells then reestablish the high osmotic gradient in the kidney pyramids that enable concentration of urine. Until the cells regrow and the osmotic gradient is reformed, urine osmolality will be low.

why  does in acute glomerulonephritis , specific gravity &urine osmolality increase ?shouldn't kidneys loss the ability to concentrate the urine?

Leakage of protein,,: This is likely due to the fact that there is failure of the basement membrane to contain large molecules like proteins, etc..  Also in some cases, oliguria can occur, which means anything in the urine can get concentrated even more than it should be.  Proteinuria can be almost 3 g/day.

Slow stream: When you hydrodilate the bladder you stretch the bladder muscle which make weaken its contractility temporarily. In a male who may have an enlarged prostate it  may cause  resistance to flow and therefore a weak stream. The question I have is what led to hydrodilation of your bladder. Glomerular ions are seen with interstitial cystitis but maybe just result of overstretching the bladder.

can a botched labia reduction procedure cause urine to leak ?

Not likely: Labia reduction surgeries don't generally affect the urinary tract.  The surgery is confined to the labia and sometimes the clitoral hood.  But this is well away from the urinary tract.  It is doubtful that a labial reduction surgery would cause urine to leak.  Best wishes.

i've had cystoscopy and urethral dilation about 4 days back. after the procedure i pass urine about once a day..is this normal?

See urologist...: Peeing once daily is not normal. If your urine flow is weak and you feel not emptying well, go to see the doctor who performed cystoscopy and urethral dilation.
