: A hemorrhoid or other cause of anal swelling is not likely to cause the penile or urination symptoms you describe. These probably are entirely separate problems, and an anal health problem cannot be diagnosed by examining urine. See a doctor.

can internal hemorrhoids cause burning when i hold my pee and after i pee? i have passed five urine tests and had a scope and ultrasound.

Unlikely: Internal hemorrhoids are an unlikely cause of your urinary symptoms. Try increasing your water intake to dilute out if it is something in the urine that is causing burning sensation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i am a  male who had sclerotherapy injection for hemorrhoids. i had a burning feeling in tip of my penis for a few hours after the procedure. (3-4 hours) and a initial dark yellow discharge with urine. (once).

should i be concerned about this ?

Sclerotherapy: A misdirected injection during sclerotherapy can injure the prostate and cause a discharge from the urethra. The discharge should resolve, but if it continues I recommend seeing a physician or urologist for evaluation and treatment. Culturing of the discharge would  be performed in order to check for prostate infection.

any connection between bleeding hemorrhoids and trace of blood in urine?

Depends on Gender: If you are a man, almost impossible.  If you are a woman, a tiny drop of blood from your anus could contaminate a urine sample taken to look for blood.  To be sure that this doesn't happen, consider coving your anus with a small wad of toilet paper after carefully cleansing your bottom, vagina, and then the urethra (urine opening).  Good luck!

urine test positive for wbc negative for nitrate. was on analpram for hemorrhoid for 3 weeks no off for week and a half. can this cause wbc in urine?

Not likely: This is not likely. Adequate fluid intake and if symptoms  get treated otherwise repeat urinalysis and do what is called a clean catch. Ask clinic staff to guide you in collection

Pelvic floor muscle: this could be due to a dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles . if that is the case, few sessions of physical therapy to the pelvic floor muscles could help

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids usually cause pain in the rectum not in the penis.  I think the penile pain is unrelated to your hemorrhoids.

if a doctor finds trace blood in urine but the female patient has large hemorrhoids that bleed, could that be the cause of the microscopic blood?

Possibly: The only way to determine whether the blood comes from the rectum or not is to try to get a clean catch sample of urine that prevents contamination from anorectal or vaginal discharges. Wash off the vagina and place a cup against the urethra to collect the urine specimen. A urinalysis with a microscopic examination is then best to look for microscopic evidence of blood in the urine.

Prob not related: Blood in the urine may come from many sources most of which are not related to the rectum or anus. In the absence of any history of prior pelvic surgery radiation cancer or other benign diseases,  any blood in urine which doesn't resolve should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
