UTI: You probably have a urinary tract infection (UTI), which is an infection in the bladder. Would get a UA (urine analysis), and a urine culture. Both of these tests are done routinely at any medical facility or doctor's office. The culture will show if you need antibiotics and which one is appropriate.

No.: Passing "chunks of bloody tissue" is unusual enough that you should discuss it with your doctor. It is not typically seen in urinary tract infections.

Filtered in kidneys: Through the filtering units called glomeruli. The water passes through the thin capillaries out into the filtering space in the kidneys' filtering units. The water carries with it the waste chemicals and passes through tiny tubules the collect together making bigger ones and finally exit the kidney as a large one called the ureter that ends in the bladder that stores the urine till voiding occurs.

Urine Odor: it could be from foods that are ingested. Some foods like asparagus are notorious for this. You also could have s bladder infection. You may want to see you doctor and have a urinalysis to make sure there is nothing wrong.
