Not an emergency.: There are multiple etiologies to "bubbles in the toilet", the first thing that comes to mind is protein in your urine.  This is not an emergency, but it does need to be worked up, because this is not normal and can be a finding in the beginning of kidney disease.

Bubbles: Bubbles in the toilet water are no big deal, but is you experience air bubbling out when you urinate that is a serious problem.  There should be no air coming out of the urinary tract. The most common cause at your age would be a colovesical fistula (tract from colon to bladder) due to diverticulitis- a colon infection.  Seek help for this. Surgery is required to fix it

Not Sure!: Urine is filtered through kidney and it is composed of water and solutes (combination of different materials that are waste and excess of body need).
Please check that there are no creams or ointment applied to the genital area when taking the urine sample and if it is still there, you might need to take a sample to the doctor for testing.
