Toilet Paper: Perhaps the toilet paper is degrading and balling up as you wipe.  Try a different brand and color. The urine can sometimes be foamy but this is benign also. Fungal infections of the labia don t make white balls.  Urinary stones such as calcium oxalate you could strain out and have sent to lab. You should have pain with stone. Just some ideas.

When blood sugar is normal and polyuria is confirmed by a very diluted urine with a high serum sodium level (hypernatremia) you could suffer from diabetes insipidus (central or nephrogenic).
