What is your sperm count? 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not long: Sperm don't live in the air, on clothes, or on other items.  Their natural habitat is warm, fresh semen... not on household objects.  Therefore, fresh semen on hands, condoms, etc., that is quickly put into a vagina can still lead to pregnancy. Realize that scientists are not spending time testing how likely or unlikely pregnancy would be in such situations. Hands wiped very dry should be safe.

Eventually: Sperm don't last long outside the warm moist environment of the male &amp;female genital tract. When they dry out, they are no linger effective. When washed/diluted with soap &amp; water they  can no longer function.
