i have back pain cloudy urine frequent urination sometimes urinary urgency leaking urine that i can't feel coming out and i don't really feel myself pee?

Could be: Could be diabetes. Or it could be weakening of your pelvic muscles which is common in women who have given birth multiple times. It could also be due to stress or infection. See your physician for an appropriate work up.

Urine symptoms: What is the difference between urinary frequency and urinary urgency? I can't seem to figure out the distinction. ANS: frequency means going too many times. Urgency means you feel you have to pee now or you wet your pants if you don't.

Accepted Answer

Urinary frequency: Any irritation or obstruction can cause urinary frequency - there doesn't need to be an infection per se.  A UTI is the most common cause and can usually be identified by urinalysis.  An "overactive bladder is a common diagnosis, but retention of urine is often another common cause.  Neurologic irritation can cause frequent voiding and interstitial cystitis/bladder ca, too. Needs to be ruled out.

Vaginitis: A vaginal odor is usually caused by certain organisms causing a vaginal infection. Not all infections will produce an odor. Bacterial vaginitis and sometimes trichomonas are the more likely culprits. A left over tampon can also cause an odor. Although urine frequency may mean a bladder infection, vaginitis can also create urethral irritation which will elicit urine frequency. Only testing can tell.

As long as needed: If the only reason u have frequency is drinking too much then the change will need to be permanent. If its while u are making other changes- stopping caffeine and water pills, bladder training kegels then u may be able to resume fluids at 80-100 ounces per day.

can buscopan make urinary urgency & frequency worse? i've been taking it for 5 days & my overactive bladder symptoms have gotten progressively worse.

Yes, see doctor...: If urine flow slows down soon after its use, watch for incomplete emptying bladder with possible pending urinary retention. So, check with your doctor.

Note: buscopan does slow down bladder contracting ability.

Here are some...: UTI is a common cause for temporary urinary frequency &amp; urgency but not the only one with others including over urine excretion resulting from fluid over-drinking, urine over production from various reasons, poor bladder instability life CI, poor bladder emptying, etc. More? Ask your urologist who should be able to address the related issues on your voiding concerns.

i have need to pee even with only drops in badder or i will feel uncomfortable. i pee many times a night 4-7.is this the same as urinary urgency ?
