Alcolic  Infant : Manifestation is not related to kids born of alcoholic mother.It could be postural, or related to your nervous sys. Tension can bring about rapid heart rate and headache.

why do down syndrome patient have their eyes slanted upward, is it caused by the chromosome 21, i need an explanation on why their face look different?

In the genes: All of our features are determined by our genes.  The appearance of your eyes, nose, mouth, hair color, skin color, among other features are all inherited.  When there is a defect in the gene coding, changes can occur.  Facial features can change with in utero exposure such as alcohol (fas syndrome).  For downs, the extra 21 causes low ears, slanted eyes, simian crease as well as organ problems.

hello doctor, can you tell why i feel uncomfotable when i sit on chairs, or i walk for 20 minutes my leg muscles start to hurt really hard until i can't walk again,and i also feel numbness/pain in my head, but when i lay down these syndrome stop?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

when i move my neck, i get numbness/tingling in my face & sometimes down both arms. i do have fibromyalgia, and ehlers-danlos syndrome type 1...

Unlikely : You may have some cervical disc problems, see your doctor for initial assessment, possible referral or may be imaging studies, meanwhile, observe good neck support while working, driving or sleeping, good luck

Donot  stay  too  --: Donot  stay  for  too  long  ?   Probably  too  much  blood  flow  and  flushing.

is it normal to have a drowning sensation when you bend over and your head is in the upside down position? it came on quick. no joke.

Yes: When you turn upside down, your abdominal contents push against your thorax or chest making it harder to breath and inflate your lungs. The tongue can fall to obstruct breathing, the blood return by gravity alone can increase and the heart and the thorax has to accommodate that.

Low Blood Pressure?: Generally, this indicates a problem with the body's ability to maintain it's blood pressure creating rapid changes from low to high or high to low blood pressure. When our body senses a drop in blood pressure (real or not) it will send blood rushing to the head since the brain requires more blood than any other part to live. Some medications can cause this also. See your md if you have not already.

when i bend over i feel my face and head kinda heavy as if i was hanging upside down from the monkey bars. but all im doing is bending over. its not extreme just wondering if i should be concerned?

Heavy face : It's hard to say without more information. It may be a sinus infection. See a doctor.
