Get checked: Its always best to get medically evaluated  when faced with worsening symptoms, as you describe.  The differential diagnosis may include colon and small bowel, but possibilities that are non-gi related can include: abdominal musculature, female structures, bladder, kidney/ureters.  Be prepared to address for your doctor: timing, duration, quality, associations of your discomfort.

You need to be seen: by a healthcare professional for proper examination and diagnosis.  The lower right abdomen is where your appendix and/or cecum typically are.  You could also have hernias, volvulus, small bowel obstruction or liver issues.  Or a muscle pull.  There are many conditions that can cause this symptom, some of which are life-threatening. Probly, nothing seri: These are vague and very unimpressive symtoms. Quit worrying.
If there is anything significant going on, the symptoms will progressively worsen...Otherwise they will slowly go away. You need to  give it week or so to get a sense of  direction.

Thoracic radiculopat: If it is of 1 or 2 days duration then shingles may show up in a few days. However if it is of weeks or months duration, then thoracic nerve or nerves may be pinched in thoracic spine. It is same for men and women.

Tingling sensation: in the ribcage when coughing may be due to irritation to the nerves in  this area.  I advise a chest xray to make sure there is no problem in the lungs or ribs.  Stay well.

See your doctor: You arec diagnosing yourself without knowing what you have.You dont say where the hernia is and it is about time you see your doctor and if pain is bad go to the er, as it may be obsrtucted or getting srangulated.

See your doctor: First, you need to be evaluated by a doctor to rule out other causes than the zerona laser for your symptoms.  Please see a good internal medicine, possibly infectious disease specialist.  For chronic lymphedema, lymphatic massage, gentle ultrasound, hivmat treatments, compression and gentle exercise can be of help.  Good luck!
