: These are non specific symptoms and can be caused by many things. I suggest try a normal diet without spices, exercise, local heat and Keep yourself busy. If not better in a week or so get checked by your MD. I think you will be OK

Either,or other C MD: Upper left sided abdominal pain can be from gas, as well as other stomach issues, colon issues, kidney problems, pancreas problems, as well as spleen, even lymph nodes.  See your doc, get examined.

: The cited symptoms are vague and common to several different conditions. If they were triggered by pregnancy the origin would be the same hormones that turn a pregnancy test positive. Test if concerned. Risk seems minimal.

Any constipation: if hard infrquent stools take stool softener
If urinary symptoms take urinary antibiotics
Get a pelvic sonogram for any possible ovary cyst

If not constipation,: If not constipation (collection of stool in left lower abdomen) that goes away with a bowel movement, then one's primary care doctor can check to see what the problem might be, such as constipation, abdominal mass, pelvic mass, kidney problem, etc... In a middle-aged adult, even if the pain goes away with a bowel movement, the doctor may want to examine her to make sure there's not something bad.

Abdominal pain: Left lower pain is not on the same side as your appendix. It could be a host of reasons. You should see your primary care doctor for an exam and possible cat scan.
