Don't worry about wt: You probably are slightly heavier than you might be but losing weight will not affect the lids.  What does your mother look like in her eyelids?   The fat pads around the eyes are generally resistant to body weight issues unless you are seriously overweight.  If your lids are a functional or cosmetic issue, then see an oculoplastic surgeon for a consultation.

Scar not a concern: Chalazia are removed from the inside of the eyelid and so do not result in a visible scar.

Less than 100: Certainly I am joking and this is not a joking matter. A blepharoplasty can be performed in the upper or lower eyelid and may vary in extent. Therefore there is no consistent answer. When performed for reconstructive purposes, it may be performed several times but it is unlikeky that someone would really undergo more than 3 in most normal circumstances.
