With Crohn's: A very distended hard abdomen is more concerning for a developing intestinal obstruction. These signs are not side effects of lansoprazole.

Maybe not related?: First distinguish fluid weight (like edema, ascites, "third spacing") from tissue weight (e.g. Bodybuilding, reparative, tumors, adipose). There are lots of metabolic reasons to rule out (organ disease like heart, liver, kidneys), insufficiency (thyroid, adrenal, kidney),  more. Often high calorie (but low volume) foods  & drink may add up quickly (3000-3500 extra calories per pound gained).

Pregnant?: Make sure you are or are not. Could be other gyn, bowel issues. Increased belly could be fetus, feces, fat, other fertile issues(fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc), fluid (as cites). See your doc.

PREGNANCY: Looks like you gained a lot of weight. Ask OB   if there is a problem with normal delivery. Pelvic ultrasound helps.

Yes if large amounts: A diet high in sugars and starches is probably the greatest contributor to obesity. The book wheat belly makes the case that wheat is a major factor. See remark: The diagnosis must have been based on some symptoms as pain,etc. Abdominal pain can cause bloating specially if you are given pain medicine,which can cause constipation. Weight gain doesn't occur during this stone episode.Your main objective is to find
remedy for the stone! What's the plan of your M.D. ,

Fluid overload, and subsequently weight gain, can happen due to a number of conditions such as heart failure, liver cirrhosis, renal failure, low body protein such as malabsorption, etc. Limit your fluid and salt intake until seen by a doctor.
