i have chest/upper abdomen pressure when i'm standing for most of the time for past 4-5 months now. ecg&bloodtests were clear. what could this be?

Muscular pain/ulcer: May be from the muscles and joints  or stomach/duodenal ulcer.  May need some work up for these etiologies than focused on heart alone

didnt sleep because felt anxious (normally an anxious person) & chest pressure. prickling feeling worked way up to my head, i took deep breaths, went away. upper abdomen pressure/tightness. chest pain back occasionally (not severe) is this worrisome?

: Combination od symptoms highly suggestive of non-cardiac "problem". Recommend physician evaluation and reassurance if appropriate.

How long?: How long has this been going on? If it is a chronic problem, you may have a problem with your gallbladder, which can be investigated with an ultrasound. It also may be to do gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. It sounds like you should be seen by your doctor for an in-person exam and further testing.

Gastroenteritis: The combination of vomiting and diarrhea is usually due to viral gastroenteritis or food poisoning and either condition is self limiting using symptomatic treatment. I don't think that your prior symptoms are related to the current ones. Your gastroenterologist is best to advise you.

Possible causes: first, see you doctor immediately to ensure this isn't a sign of heart disease and potential pending heart attack. From description other causes include esophageal dysfunction, spasm or mass, paraesophageal hernia, achalasia as well as others. Symptoms Not classic for gallbladder.  Short of it is see GI doctor or GI surgeon for work up

WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE: With an ejection fraction of this low level, and symptoms, your best bet is laparoscopic gall bladder removal. Once this is done, you should be able to resume enjoying fatty, greasy foods. Ask you surgeon to discuss the risks, the expected recovery, and the expected benefits. You could also ask how experienced he/she is, without insulting them.  Good luck.

Gas pain: Have a suppositary/ fleets enema. If no significant releif even with significant bowel and gas passage....Seek medical help.

Multiple causes: Causes for upper abdominal pain are many.  You may have an ulcer vs. Gastritis especially since the pain is constant.  You may also have issues with your gallbladder or liver if it is in the right upper quadrant.  I would consult your pcp to direct you to the correct specialist.

Well, you had a good: look at the upper and lower gastrointestinal system back in February, but it doesn't sound like you really have a diagnosis yet. This is the highest priority. It's not clear whether your symptoms are coming from the GI tract, the lungs/pleural cavity, or even your heart.
