Ov cysts r common: Ovarian cysts are common, in fact they occur every month you cycle. If they're simple, no worry.  If you're post menopausal, you'll need further evaluation.   You should discuss w/the doctor who ordered the scan.

Yes: Among other things.  Consider a pregnancy, constipation, bladder infection, appendix.  If nauseated or feverish consider seeking help, a upt if applicable.

See your doctor ASAP: Right lower abdominal pain that is severe or worsening could be a sign of a ruptured appendix which is an emergency. You should come to an urgent care center or emergency room immediately.

im sorryi was told i had ovarian cyst but my stomach is large and bowel is not much and cramps pains everywhere i was wondering if i had endemtrosis?

It's possible: Not all cramping is due to endometriosis, which is the most common cause for pelvic pain and infertility at times, for the reproductive age women. All reproductive age women will have cysts on ovaries and they should; it's normal since one of these cysts will rupture to release an egg each month (ovulation). Only post-menopausal women or young children will have no cysts. Please see your doctor.

Schedule follow up: Usually people are feeling pretty normal 9 days after a laparoscopic surgery. If you are still having pain then it is important to schedule a follow up post op visit with the doctor who did your surgery to make sure all is ok.

Hard to say: If the fluid leak is small, you may not feel anything. If large, can cause abdominal pain which gradually eases over the next 24-48 hours.

Ovarian cyst : Would follow up with gyn . Cysts  may be from follicle growth which  is how the egg is produced or may be abnormal . Usually the ultrasound is repeated in 3 months to see if it resolved.  Motrin like products, if not allergic may relieve some pain.
