Pregnancy Testing: Pregnancy testing is valid after you miss a period. The first morning after the first day of a missed period is the most often recommended time to do pregnancy testing. If your period starts on time you do not need to test since that will be proof you are not pregnant.

Cycles vary: You are quite young and must understand that unprotected sexual intercourse will ultimately lead to pregnancy. Get on birth control and understand that you must keep a menstrual calendar and you must be sexually responsible.

Almost certainly: The thinking is that you'll need to miss about 2 or even 3 pills before you lose protection.  Normally you would have taken it saturday evening, but forgot to take until the next morning.  Then i assume you took the sunday evening pill as normal.  If this is so, there is a very low chance that you could be pregnant.

Not really: The number of times you have intercourse has little to do with your chances of conception.  Whether you took your pills properly would.  If you miss a pill, particularly in the 2nd week of your pills, it can induce you to ovulate.

Yes: Emergency contraception is now available over the counter and is most effective when taken soon after unprotected intercourse. Since you only took her birth control for one week before having sex this is probably a good idea.

Up to three months: to begin to show positive, recheck in at 3 months, also please use all precautions to protect from STI's

Yes: Urine tests are helpful.  A blood test is more sensitive but they are both subject to both false positive and false negative.

HPT: If you do not have a normal period, then do a HPT.
If not PG then recheck HPT in another two weeks.

Accepted Answer

A better idea: If you miss one pill, you should take your missed pill as soon as you remember it.  Then you should take your next pill at the usual time.  This may mean that you take both pills at the same time.  If you miss more than 1 pill, you should refer to the package insert or call you doctor to find out what to do.  Taking two pills close together may cause some nausea or bleeding but its safe.
