Depends: If you are morbidly obese and your relatives died young, may be. Most likely you are fine and have anxiety, acid reflux or missed cardiac abnormality. Get checked by the doctor.

Maybe what you take: Bruising of the skin has many causes.  Medications such as aspirin, Coumadin (warfarin) or Plavix can.  Supplements like vit e, fish oil and ginko may do it.  Alcohol intake thins the blood.  Simple aging skin becomes thinner and more prone to bruising, especially in women.  However, if the cause is not obvious, it is extremely important to see your internist for a complete check up!

probably nothing: If you feel good and have not changed weight then you are probably ok.  Are you exercising more?  If you increase muscle/loss fat your wt could be stable, but you'll look more lean.  Most of the world is not overweight or obese so people that are lean are often thought to be 'sick', but it's really the obese people that are ill.

i had my thyroid removed @ age 7, took synthyr. up until feb 2014, i'm 32 yr man, could not having right dose lowered my testos. & cause fatigue?

Yes: both hypo and hyperthyroidism can cause fatigue and affect testosterone level.  Get your thyroid level check.  If the labs are normal, you cannot blame the thyroid anymore and need to look elsewhere to see what else could be causing your symptoms.  The easiest way to rule out a thyroid problem is to proceed with lab work.
