Maybe, maybe not: With multiple symptoms, a full check-up by a primary care doctor is the best way to go. The doctor will talk with the patient, do an exam, and check some lab tests. Sometimes a few of the symptoms are related, which still means that there can be 2 or more problems going on at the same time.

Complicated: As a (+) ANA can be very nonspecific.  Depending on how high your titer is, as up to 15% of the healthy population may have low positive 1:40 titers of ANA's.  Also there are many other causes beyond leukemia that can cause your reported symptoms.  This would require a more indepth analysis to be able to better guide you. There is a very: characteristic skin rash that accompanies celiac disease: dermatitis herpetiformis.  Typically this is a skin manifestation of non-celiac wheat sensitivity. Extremely itchy bumps or blisters appear, especially on the forearms.The lab abnormalities you describe are not typical for celiac; in fact serum globulins may be low. I suspect more than one diagnosis; continue working closely with her Doctor

Could be due to PTU (propylthiouracil): The most common side effects are related to the skin and include rash, itching, hives, abnormal hair loss, and skin pigmentation.
A decrease of white blood cells in the blood (agranulocytosis) may occur. Symptoms and signs of agranulocytosis include infectious lesions of the throat, the gastrointestinal tract, and skin with an overall feeling of illness and fever. 
This all could be due to ptu (propylthiouracil).
