Ptosis surgery: I assume you mean asymetrical drooping lids.  There is good surgery called levator resection to even up the position of the lids and restore symmetry.  This is commonly done by a specialty called oculoplastic surgery.

The etiology of your headaches is unclear and sounds sinus related.  A proper physical exam and full history would very helpful.  The list of possibilities are quite long and full consult is in order.

: No, TMJ dysfunction does not causes loss of vision, double vision, or any other effect upon the eyes.  See an oral surgeon or a dentist who deals with jaw problems,  to obtain an opinion regarding appropriate intervention.

why do i sometimes feel nauseous when i get up rapidly from a laying down position? if i open my eyes it feels like my vision is spinning. i cannot move and have to stay laying down for a while it subsides. it usually subsides in 10 minutes?

: You should see your doctor to have this evaluated. It could be that your blood pressure drops or your heart rate is a problem with the change in position. Be certain to stay well hydrated. This should be evaluated by your doctor so your vital signs in different positions can be assessed and you can be examined. Further testing may be needed. Good luck!

The dilated eye examination is important to rule out serious causes that need treatment. As long as this has been done, just monitor for change.
