Nauseous: If it's undigested, then it's not moving. If it's not moving, you feel full, and eventually you feel nauseous. Then you vomit.

Pill keeps moving: Slow release medications are made by making a layer of medicine then coating it with a membrane that needs to be dissolved, then another layer of medicine, and another layer of coating.  In this way it slowly breaks down.  The pill keeps moving through the intestines as it breaks down.  If you break a pill, you ruin the slow release by breaking the layers.

stomach stopped working temporarily undigested food removed via gastroscope & stomach had to be restarted with  antibotic drip - what causes this ?

? gastroparesis: It sounds like a form of gastroparesis.  The antibiotic I am assuming was Erythromycin used as a promotility drug.  Gastroparesis can be idiopathic (unknown cause) or it can be caused by diseases such as diabetes.  I know that tambocur can cause a neuropathy but I have never seen gastroparesis.

for over a week i have been feeling full , sometimes i have to fast for day or 2 so my stomach doesn't feel like undigested food on my chest. i have been losing weight unintentionally . would like an idea what is happening and if i should see a doc?

Doctor can examine: Many things are in the upper abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small and large intestine, gall bladder, abdominal muscles, etc...  An exam by her primary care doctor can help diagnose. The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen. Liver and gallbladder are in the upper right. A person should be sure she has no constipation. Unintentional weight loss usually needs evaluation.

hey, i caught this stomach bug last night and just now i threw up completely undigested food from lunch yesterday and dinner last night. is that bad?

People with acid reflux should generally avoid carbonated beverages, peppermint, chocolate, spicy foods, wine, and caffeine.  GER flare ups can create quite dramatic chest pain.
